1. Agreement

By accessing or using Talentra AI at talentraai.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Talentra AI on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

Talentra AI provides career readiness and hiring tools such as CV analysis, resume building, mock and voice interviews, quizzes, readiness scoring, candidate profiles, and company recruiting workflows. Features may vary by plan and may change as the product evolves.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Guest Mode lets you preview selected features before signup; converting a guest session into an account may retain preview progress subject to product limits.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Talentra AI.

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, or access controls
• Do not reverse engineer or disrupt the service
• Do not use company features to spam, harass, or unlawfully process candidates
• Do not misrepresent readiness signals, verification status, or affiliation

5. AI outputs and decisions

CV scores, interview feedback, quizzes, matching suggestions, and other AI-generated outputs are assistive tools. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a guarantee of hiring outcomes, ATS passage, job offers, or candidate quality. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making their own decisions.

6. Candidate visibility and company use

Candidates control whether their profile becomes visible for company discovery. Companies may use visible candidate signals only for legitimate recruiting evaluation and related communication inside Talentra AI. Companies must comply with applicable employment and data-protection laws when contacting or assessing candidates.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid plan. Prices, limits, and promotional offers may change. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period. If payments are processed by a third-party provider, that provider’s terms also apply to payment processing.

8. Intellectual property

Talentra AI, including its software, branding, and product design, remains owned by Talentra AI and its licensors. You retain rights to the content you upload or create, and you grant Talentra AI a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Talentra AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the service, including hiring decisions based on AI-assisted rankings or feedback.

10. Termination

You may stop using Talentra AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required for security or legal reasons, or if a plan becomes inactive. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
