This Privacy Policy applies to the Talentra AI website, web application, and related services at talentraai.com, including Guest Mode, candidate accounts, company accounts, CV analysis, interview practice, and career profiles.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and information created when you use the product.

• Account details such as name, email address, authentication data, and account type
• Career profile fields, skills, project history, and professional links you choose to add
• CV files and extracted CV text you upload or create in the product
• Interview transcripts, scores, quiz progress, reminders, and readiness metrics
• Company profile details, jobs, invitations, and messaging metadata when you use hiring features
• Usage and technical data needed to operate the service, such as session state and feature limits

3. How we use your data

We use personal data only to operate and improve Talentra AI features and related support.

• Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions
• Personalize CV analysis, interview practice, quizzes, and career coaching
• Generate readiness scores, reports, and improvement guidance
• Enable company discovery and outreach when a candidate chooses visibility
• Provide billing, plan limits, support, and product communications
• Protect the service against abuse and maintain reliability

4. Candidate visibility and company access

Candidate profiles are not publicly discoverable by default. When you enable visibility, hiring teams may review readiness context intended for company evaluation, such as profile information, CV signals, skills, and interview-related readiness indicators.

Private CV contents, practice data, and account settings remain scoped to your account unless a feature requires controlled sharing you have chosen.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers and integrations required to run Talentra AI, such as authentication, database hosting, storage, AI processing, payments, and operational tooling, under contractual and access controls appropriate to the service.

6. How we protect information

We rely on authenticated access, role-aware product controls, and hosted infrastructure safeguards. Sensitive account actions that permanently change or delete identity records should be completed through secure server-side flows.

7. Retention

We retain account, profile, CV, interview, and product activity data for as long as needed to provide the service, honor legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Guest Mode data may be retained for a limited preview period and converted if you create an account.

8. Your choices and deletion

You can update profile information, control visibility settings, and request support for privacy questions. You may request account deletion from Settings. Permanent deletion of a Supabase user account requires a secure server-side deletion flow before the identity record can be fully removed.
